SLES 11 SP3 for VMware cups-devel

Is there no cups-devel package for SLES 11 available? Cant find it in the
repos...

Looking into the package descriptions result also no package...

The package is on the SDK, as most -devel packages are.

Aye. <http://software.opensuse.org>. Click on the tools button on the
right side of the search button, select SLES 11 SP2, enter "cups-devel"
and click on "Search". On the results page - click on "show unstable
packages" to reveal the repos.

Version 1.5.4-123.1 is currently in the Printing repo, and version
1.3.9-8.46.46.1 is in the SDK-Update channel. Maybe you should
install/enable the SLE 11 SDK (as Marcus proposed)?
