ORA-01122, ORA-01110, ORA-01200

Hi Folks,

I get the erros below.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01122: database file 1 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 1:
'/opt/oracle/OraHome1/dbs/testb/data/system01.dbf'
ORA-01200: actual file size of 57410 is smaller than correct size of
83200
blocks

This is only a test database and the data in it is not important.

Is would like to open the database but while trying I get the error
above.

I can't recover the original system01.dbf file.

Any idea on how I can open the database?

Maybe the file is compressed undeliberately. What do you think has
caused the compression?

// *Action: Make certain that the db files and controlfiles are the correct

Looks like you may have some issues (i.e. copying datafiles and control files when the database was running, etc.).

If this is not the case, you will (most likely) need to open a TAR with Oracle support.
