Usually it is CTRL-ALT-DEL or you can try to change screen to another one (ALT-F1 or CTRL-ALT-F1) and then restart xdm or kdm, but I am not sure, which defaults are in sles11 (these things can be disabled).

Hello, everyone
I have strange problem with few SLES 11.1 servers. When I connect to server console, all I can see is wallpaper and I can't get login prompt for Gnome / Kde. Server works fine, I can connect trough putty, I am able to use VNC.
How do I restart graphical console, without rebooting server?
